Other Ways to Help - Run errands. If you are healthy, consider reaching out to your elderly or at-risk family members, friends, and neighbors. You can help reduce their exposure to the coronavirus by going to the grocery store or pharmacy for them -- just make sure to maintain social distancing recommendations! - Keep in touch with each other. The isolation of social distancing can be stressful, but you can still spend time with friends and family by phone or through online video chats, conference calls, or social media. - Donate blood. Even with the pandemic, blood donations from healthy donors are in demand. Check the American Red Cross website to find a blood drive convenient to you. - Donate to a museum. While many museums are now expanding online services, they are also struggling without regular entry fees.
