How to Get a Library CardAll town residents are entitled to a free library card. We need some proof of residency in Newmarket: a license, a lease, etc. Others may purchase a card for $50.00 annually. All high school age residents may be issued their own library card. Children ages 4 and up may also be issued their own library card, however, the child's parent or guardian must have a valid library card.
