CDC's Physical Activity portal
The Centers for Disease Control has many resources for fitness basics.

NHPBS Programming

NH's local PBS station allows viewers in New Hampshire access to various fitness shows, no login required. Included programs:
- Comeback Yoga: "...a nonprofit providing free yoga classes to help military personnel, their families and supporters develop resiliency in response to their life experience that may include post-traumatic stress."
- Yoga Basics with Patty: "You will be offered a chance to practice yoga postures through step-by-step demonstrations and verbal description with emphasis on understanding, safety and stability."
- Yoga in Practice: "...designed to teach the foundations of yoga to the at-home student, and to encourage a daily yoga practice that is more than simply physical exercise."

Bone Builders: Enjoy the popular class free at home to improve strength training and balance! "Bone Builders is an effective combination of weight bearing, balance and stretching exercises, providing the opportunity for participants to increase muscle strength, bone density and balance while protecting against fractures caused by osteoporosis. Originally developed from the Strong Living Program of Tufts University, Bone Builders is a free, twice weekly, hour long program, taught by certified volunteer leaders."

NHS Free Fitness Ideas
The UK's National Health Service has a wealth of accessible fitness resources.

Planet Fitness Home Work-Ins
The locally founded fitness club franchise is streaming work-outs on Facebook daily at 7pm ET. Past recordings are archived on YouTube.

SB Nation's List of Free Online Workouts
Sports blog SB Nation has compiled 13 free workout resources you can use from home, including Crossfit videos, livestreamed Planet Fitness classes, and yoga and dance options.

Cooking Guides
The Internet offers lots of free resources for learning to cook. Here are a few:

Mental Health

Connections Peer Support Center
If you are experiencing mental health challenges, Connections is offering peer support meetings that you can access online or by phone. Meetings include daily check-ins, positive thinking sessions, and anxiety/depression groups, all free and easy to join.

HAVEN
HAVEN serves Seacoast residents affected by domestic and sexual violence. Call their confidential 24-hour hotline at 603-994-SAFE (7233).

Lamprey Health Care Behavioral Health

Counseling and substance abuse services are available at Lamprey Health Care.

Seacoast Mental Health Services
Emergency services are available at 603-431-6703 and 603-772-2710 -- call if you feel unsafe or experience thoughts about suicide or self-harm. You can also call those numbers to arrange an appointment with a mental health professional. For mental health resources during social distancing, check SMHS’s COVID-19 webpage.

Seacoast Pathways
Seacoast Pathways has created a private Facebook group for anyone experiencing mental health challenges. Join the group for community exchange and daily online meetings and activities through Zoom. You can find a link to the group on their website or Facebook page.

SHARPP - Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention Program
This program from the University of New Hampshire is available to anyone dealing with harassment or abuse.
